In honor of Queen Elizabeth’s Diamond Jubilee, Birdie gives a curtsy to the royalty at her house. 
At the door, willing it to open.
She has me trained.
I hold it. She pauses, looks, hurries through.
Returns. Bids me come.
Repeat performance. I serve her entrance.
